The house is situated at the point of the delta. In fact, it represents staying 20 kilometres sea inside.
Just after crossing the street, there is the wide and vast beach with fine sand, ideal for spring, summer and autumn baths, since the water is swallow and get warm quickly. Moreover, they are very safe since they become deeper gradually. In winter, it is possible to go for long walks, miles long walks, since they are never ending beaches. It is possible to carry out a wide range of activities, as well as enjoying a great natural performance the whole year.
