Holiday villa with 1100 sqm. garden, located in a residential area f the city of Calpe, a few minutes from the Levante Beach (there is sandy beach and rocky one).
The garden is fenced by hedges, therefore is not overseen, and by a thick wall. It has a large pond with fishes, and this gives a coolness during the summer time. In front of the house there is a covered terrace, the spanish "naya", communicating with the living room, and in front of the large swimming pool, with a cascade that beginns from the palm tree. The laundry room is separate in an exterior room.
There is a parking for 3 cars inside the property.
All the house is very elegant and good furnished, has lot of space, the kitchen is fully furnished, it has an american bar that enlarges the living-dinig room. |
