Groundfloor: Lounge/dining with satellite TV, Amercian style kitchen and utility room, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 bathroom, several terraces and private garden with private parking. First floor shower room, another double bedroom and roof terrace. Air conditioning and communal pool.
The villa is not far rom the Punt Prima Beach, La Zenia beach is also on walking distance. Torrevieja town only 2 kms away. Easy acces to both Alicante or Murcia airport, approx 40 kms.
Weekly prices include: water, electricity, end clean, use of bedlinen and towels.
NOT included: 20 euros administration fee. |
